The world as we know it, is not what we know at all

The collective has been such a vital part of our community for many years. It has given artists space, time, connection, opportunity and encouragement. As all things grow and change in the natural world so do we. When the pandemic closed businesses, changed lives forever, drove fear and pain into the hearts of many… Art was a beacon of light. All around the world people were creating, to move through this monumental event, to cope with loss, to try and make sense of the fear or to simply create. Our vision has been and always will be to inspire creativity and connection in ourselves and our community through ART.

We’ve been on an extended break it seems. Waiting like the seeds in winter, dormant and nestled under the cold dark earth. Waiting for our moment. Waiting for a droplet of thirst quenching water; the elixir of life. Waiting for a warm ray of golden sun to open the door for us. Just like the Lillies realize after the last frost that the time has come to grow and sprout out from their underground beds. We are moving up toward the light from this shared darkness. We are reborn again.

I hope you follow along and utilize our site to find and love new artists and their work! This is a free service for our artists. It is my dream to one day turn the Collective into a non-profit and provide more resources for our community and young artists. Until then we do what we can :) Thank you!
